Speaker instructions

Dear speakers,

we remind you that oral presentations are scheduled in 15-minute slots (12+3 minutes for questions) for abstract presentations (except for some abstracts grouped by 2 in a 10+10 format).

Please prepare your slides using the template available here:

We ask you to prepare your slides in .pptx and .pdf formats to anticipate compatibility problems. On the day of your presentation, you will be asked to upload your presentation on the presentation PC available in the amphitheater, during the welcome, coffee break or lunch break preceding your session. Please anticipate this upload to make it easier for us to meet the relatively tight timing of the conference!
